Rock n' Roll isn't dead, but it is
dying. The 140 decible over-amplified guitar has stifled the great lyrics for too damn long.

Great songs, great lyrics are coming back. That's the nature of the business. 'Bout time! reb

Don't you think that we must change with our days ? I respect what you think about rock music, (as if I don't aggree with you) and I think that rock music has changed, but we can't say if it was better before or if it's better now.

I've been on your webside too. America is the first democratie of the world ? When I read what you're writtin' I espect that all american people are not like you are. Do you really think that you can bring democratie into a country where you've never been ? Of course Irak was under saddam hussein power but now, thanks to America, there is war between irakians too...And G.W Bush said that he brang US Army in Iraq just for Oil (petrol), that's means that he fucking don't care about irakians situation.
You type of american soldier always want to tell something on everything. Here we don't care about what is thinking an old american soldier, who is racist, who want to KILL evrybody who is not thinking like the way he does. Do you know what "tolérance" means in french ?
Let the people be, think, believe, create or listen what they want.
Please let us be what we want to be.

Tu ne crois pas que la musique a changé avec le temps ? Je respect ce que tu pense du rock ( mais si je ne suis pas d'accord) et je pense que le rock a changé, mais on ne peut pas dire si c'etait mieux avant ou si c'est mieux maintenant.

Je suis allé sur ton blog aussi. Les USA sont la première democratie du monde ? Quand je vois ce que tu ecrit, j'espere que touts les americains ne sont pas comme toi. Tu crois vraiment que l'on peut amener la democratie dans un pays où on a jamais mis le pieds ? bien sûr les iraquiens subissaient saddam hussein, mais maintenat ils doivent aussi subirent les exremistes qui ont profité du merdier que Bush a mis...Pour du petrole, en definitive.Ce qui prouve qu'il n'en avait rien à foutre de la condition des iraquiens.
Vous voulez toujours avoir un avis sur tout. Ici on se contrefout de ce que peut penser un vieux soldat americain raciste et qui ne laisse personne penser autrement que comme lui. Sais tu ce que veux dire tolerance ?
Laisse les gens être, penser, croire, creer ou ecouter ce qu'ils veulent

- You're a Rock'n Roll expert, and you're deploring its disappearance.
(Second option):
- You can't stand this kind of music, so you're proudly affirming that it's disappearing...
I haven't really understand.
Anyway, in both cases, let me please tell you that I disapprove your way of thinkin'...
1) If you don't like this kind of music, you're not obliged to discriminate it.
2) Rock's dying? I don't really think so. Sure, it's changing...
But maybe are you right to insinuate that Rock'n Roll's SPIRIT is slowly killed...
And do you know why?
I think it's because of people like you.
In my opinion, this spirit symbolise strenght, tolerance, but also, and mainly... Liberty.
And you really seem to oppress this.
To be honest, I totally don't care about what you're thinking 'bout rock'n roll, my English is very poor, and I'm sorry because my message finally seems to be like a regulation... but I hate and can't bear racialism.
Well, I've been visited your blog too and I must say that, reading your pages, I've first been shocked...and then...disgusted.
I don't have the pretension of being as experienced as you must be, but I thought that veterans had learned life reaching, after all that years living...and now you show me that I was wrong.
Talking about people, there is only ONE "race": Humans.
No matter where they live, how they think, or what are their customs, you MUST respect it and don't generalize.
Do you think American people are all perfect? I can swear just seing you're mentality that they're not, but I fortunately know they're not all like you.
(yes: I'm totally following the other post).
